Empowering BAME families navigating SEND

Supporting children and young people with special educational needs through culturally responsive guidance and advocacy — so no family has to navigate the system alone.

About us

Breaking down the barriers families face

Too many families are turned away, misunderstood or left waiting because of language, culture or systems that were never built with them in mind. Nuroflyers CIC exists to change that. We sit beside parents and carers, translate the process into plain language, and make sure their voice is the one that counts in the room.

  • Trauma-informed support
  • Culturally responsive guidance
  • Community-led empowerment

Our impact

The change we are working towards

Increased EHCP access

More families reaching assessment and securing the plans their children need.

Reduced inequality in SEND support

Closing the gap between what BAME families are offered and what they are entitled to.

Stronger community networks

Parents supporting parents, long after their own case is resolved.

You are not alone — we are here to help.

Whether you are at the very start or stuck mid-process, reach out and we will walk it with you.
